What we collect

• Proposal form: name, organisation, work e-mail, country, topic and the message you write.
• Newsletter form: your work e-mail.
• WhatsApp: if you choose to message us, WhatsApp shares your number and messages with us under its own terms.

We do not run advertising cookies or trackers on this site. Your browser stores one small setting to remember that you dismissed the privacy banner.

How it is used

Only to reply to your request, prepare a proposal, or send the engineering notes you subscribed to. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

Forms are delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Some imagery is served from a content delivery network. Each receives the technical data your browser normally sends, such as IP address.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation or resulting contract requires, then deleted or archived under our document-control procedure.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to info@lapomikenergy.com. We handle requests under applicable data-protection law.

Operational systems

This public website is separate from customer platforms and plant control systems. Nothing submitted here reaches operational infrastructure.
